Steve was kind and went out of his way to make things right during my stay. However, I had concerns. I searched for listings with a washer and dryer included, not ones that required an extra fee. The listing didn’t mention this, and I checked again to confirm.

They were doing renovations and repairs during my stay, which I didn’t know until I arrived. One worker was smoking near the door, and they left soda cans and drink cups on the patio, which was inconsiderate.

Pros: The place was clean, and the location was great for walking to the local drug store or restaurants. It was also easy to drive to gay clubs close by. Steve gave me quarters for the washer and dryer, which was a nice touch.

Overall, it was an okay stay. The host should have waited until all the renovations were done before posting the listing. It would have been helpful to include a note that the washer and dryer are not included and there’s an extra fee to use them. That was the main issue I had.

Was a few issues but not really big and the host communicated well the place is very nice clean and came with everything you need will definitely stay again when it’s available

I stayed for 11 days and really enjoyed it. It’s clearly well kept from visitor to visitor. The door lock had its programming issues which was a little frustrating, but Steve and his team were able to be attentive and help as fast as they could. The neighbors are also extremely friendly. If you’re looking for a quiet stay and don’t need much space, this is the place!
