The place is pretty and very comfortable for families. Located in a gated community, very safe and has a 7/11 and pharmacy a walking distance. Oscar was very helpful and accommodated all our requests super fast.

However, as we got in it didn’t feel very clean. The washing machine didn’t work, the fridge didn’t make ice, the AC of the first and third floor wasn’t working nor the hot water.

They ended up bringing a bag of ice, helped with the laundry, and fixed the AC and the hot water (but not all the showers could be used at the same time).

By the third day the place smelled really bad, like sewed water and humid.

That being said, with a little more care and a deep cleaning the place is worth it. Oscar and his crew are very responsible and responsive. We just think the owner has to invest in the place : new washer machine and refrigerator.
