The house itself was very nice. They do keep it more like a hotel than a home very basic items than most Airbnbs I’ve rented. Only the master bedroom has a ceiling fan. My biggest complaint with the host was the ac. It’s a neat thermostat and when we got there it read 82, we changed it to 70 to cool and left when we got back late night it was back at 82 change again and by midnight it went to 83 again. I did message just and he said it was eco friendly and turned it off…well for 4 days by midnight it was between 77-82. We didn’t sleep comfortably and the mattress in the master wasn’t the best either. We ended up leaving on checkout day at 1:45am due to the hot house.

The quiet location seems remote but with easy access to all the major freeway arteries in El Paso, it makes sense. We reserved the AirBnB for all our out-of-town siblings for a Homegoing for our Mother and found the house useful for our purposes. Family gathered for meals that were brought in. If you plan to cook, know the kitchen has just basic items as far as utensils and appliances. The dishwasher was invaluable as was the coffeemaker. The backyard is not usable yet but the washer and dryer were in great shape. The keypad entry was a great convenience. Great cable and robust WiFi. You’ll want to make a significant grocery store run and get all you need because there isn’t a good grocery close by. Our co-hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed the stay. A huge blessing was the reclining chair built-into the sectional with arm rests which we used for dialysis treatments for one family member!

We would of loved to go to the backyard and enjoy. Also use the grill but when we got to the house one of the host was there and told us that the backyard was off limits. We didn’t think anything of it but when we saw the backyard there was tall weeds all over and couldn’t use the grill because it was missing the tank

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The house was spotless, comfortable, and very inviting. The host communicated quickly and clearly, which made everything simple. I’d gladly stay again on future trips to the area—thank you for helping make my work week a relaxing one!
