Good place, perfect location. The only downside was the internet it didn’t work as expected. But aside from that, definitely a place I would rent again.

Dirty apartment, combined with awful customer service.

We booked a week for our honeymoon. When we got to the apartment, the floor was dirty, there was evidence of some cleaning solution in the kitchen sink but there was still a noticeable smell coming from the drain. All the faucets upstairs (including the shower) had visible mildew. The shower bar was broken & rusted w/ a rusty screw exposed. I would go on but can't due to character limit. I looked up reviews at this time & noted the cleanliness issues and broken shower bar (see review from August)

We tried to find a hotel but couldn't find one available so sucked it up and stayed a night. When I tried to request a change to our dates they offered to clean, however since it was our honeymoon & it wasn't just surface level issues I declined. They then called us liars & said we blackmailed them. We sent all photos to support who sided with us giving a full refund. I truly don't know how they have good reviews other than location.
