I arrived at 12pm and check-in was 3pm so they did a great job so I could get in earlier. Everything was great except that I had to pay extra 50eur for towels. Obviously in Mexico you sunbathe and you have lotions on so the towels were bit dirty but it's the first time ever I had to pay for towels in an Airbnb. It's common sense that people sunbathe, towels get dirty then buy extra towels just for sunbathing. I am very disappointed about paying extra 50eur for towels that they were dirty...

El departamento es muy bonito, como en las fotos, la comunicación muy buena. El único tema es que no hay estacionamiento disponible en el lugar ni en la calle, solo estacionamientos públicos que se pagan aparte. Pero está muy bien ubicado con muchas cosas que ver al rededor. Aunque un poco de ruido en la noche porque está enfrente de una discoteca.

I’m so glad I booked with Naya Home — such a beautiful place! I’m very grateful because I had an early arrival and a late departure, and he was able to accommodate me perfectly. The unit had an amazing view and was more than perfect for me and my husband. I will definitely book here again because it was an amazing stay.

This was a Flawless Vacation for us, Naya Homes quickly communicated before we got there and until the time we left, very reliable. The stay/property was very clean and in perfect order.
