Uncomfortable stay and unprofessional host behavior.
I work night shifts and needed proper rest, but the host knocked on my door around 8pm while I was trying to sleep, asking me to come and see a wet bath mat and questioning why it was wet. Then, on my second morning, right after I’d woken up, she asked me to take the bin bag out and clean the sink, which felt intrusive and inappropriate.

I had already mentioned that I was feeling unwell with a cold over the weekend, yet she continued to disturb me instead of showing understanding. The shower had hot water, but the bathroom and kitchen sinks did not, which was inconvenient. I also requested the TV remote twice, but she ignored my requests and seemed to hide it after the first night. Only one towel was provided for the entire stay. I had to ask for a second one.

For £75 per night, this level of discomfort and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend this listing.

All was fine and as stated in the advert. It was very clean and I could use the kitchen for cooking which was very handy.

Very clean room in a modern apartment, 20min walking to Queen street station and the city centre. Gloria was kind and flexible with check-in and out time. Mattress a bit too soft.
