The place is clean and matches the description perfectly. We didn’t have any issues with the place itself except that at night it’s hard to locate because of all the similar looking buildings and the lack of instructions. Unfortunately, while staying at this place we experienced a rainstorm which left us without power for around 7 hours, this also means no AC.This happened again in the morning of check out which left us with poor lighting to do a thorough inspection of the place. This power outage might have also lead to cold water in the morning. Keep this in mind if traveling during the rainy season because it might affect your stay. Apart from that it was a good place to stay with pets and very comfortable.

There were neighbors who partied through the night which for how outside the city we stayed we wouldn’t have expected, trash was littered through the apartment complex, the pools were both green an unusual, dog feces all over the complex grounds. Police came out to the complex to break up get together a twice during our stay, a roach was alive in the sink the second day, short black hairs on the towels. Just overall not a good stay.

I don’t have many negative things about this place! It came out exactly as it did in the pictures, and was very cozy. The only thing I would mention, which has nothing to do with Gabriela, but a previous renter left their Netflix account on the tv and had a passcode on it so I couldn’t log into my Netflix, which is fine just sucked being there for a week and not having anything I would like to watch. Other than that, the place was perfectly fine.

It was an amazing drive to Essence Fest!
