Adorable, well thought out rental. Easy proximity to all things and had amazing recommendations for the area. Would definitely stay again!

David was very proactive in his communication. Everything thing was as advertised. Very close to a Trader Joe's for groceries.

David and Michelle were very communicative and helpful. Was located in a chill neighborhood, and close to the superdome. Which was convenient, since we were primarily there for a concert. The home also matched the pics.

The hosts were very communicative and responded quickly, which we appreciated. The unit is cutely decorated and has a lot of potential.

Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by several ongoing maintenance and cleanliness issues. The floors throughout the unit were noticeably slanted, suggesting structural settling, and the oven remained unsafe to use for the entire stay. The washing machine was replaced only on our very last day after multiple failed repairs, and cockroaches were found both in the laundry room and inside the house. We also had to accommodate multiple maintenance visits during the day, which was disruptive since one of us works from home.

While the hosts made an effort to respond quickly and coordinate repairs, many problems weren’t fully resolved during our stay. With proper repairs, pest control, and attention to upkeep, this property could be a great rental in the future.
