Very peaceful place to stay during a Troy Parent Weekend event. Didn’t want to leave!

Had a wonderful visit and felt like I was at home. Had all the amenities you may need :)

I WOULD NOT STAY HERE DUE TO THE MOLDY/MUSTY SMELL. There were signs of rot, possibly termites in a portion of the subflooring that is visible in the living room. There was a lot of mold in the primary a/c unit (which was a little window unit mounted in the living room wall). One side of house is hot. It was obvious that the ceiling fans have not been dusted in probably over a year. Other fans throughout the unit had not been dusted. There was trash in the nightstand drawer. Debri, toys, and thick dust under both beds. Bugs in the beds, bugs on the ceilings, kitchen, etc. Duct tape used in plumbing under sink may be contributing to the horrible odor in the unit. Kitchen cabinets are gross. Toaster, fridge, etc. are gross. Debri on floors. Stains on walls. She had couch covers, but they had hair and debri - they had not been cleaned! What looks like old lead based paint in cracking in the living room. Cracked, unprotected asbestos tiles in (hot) laundry room. coughing days later (odor)

This is a great escape place. Go out in the morning and listen to the cicadas. Thank you, Penny, for a great visit. I recommend this to everybody.
