"WOW" doesn't begin to describe how amazing this property is! It's a huge lot on a cul-de-sac, so TONS of privacy in a quiet neighborhood (no road noise at all, but a distant train at times....but in a good way). The previous guest complained about the housekeepers, but I was able to look past those comments (mostly because of previous guest's reviews) & I'm so glad I did. This place is BEYOND spotless! Seriously, I never found a speck of dust or dirt or bug or ANYTHING! This is an older home with mature landscaping, beautiful trees, bushes, flowers, great porch & floor plan. It has been updated A LOT (new floors, furnishings, paint, etc)! Some of the "older" nuances brought a smile to my face, like the medicine cabinets in the bathrooms & the louvered closet doors (just like the house where I grew up in Winter Haven!). It is INCREDIBLY well-maintained. We don't come to Polk County frequently, but when we do, we will be sure to contact Brittany and will only stay here! BOOK NOW! 😊😊
