We asked for early check-in, which was accepted. After we replied with the time of arrival, our messages were not responded. Unfortunately we arrived at an empty place, welcomed by a single person who was new to the place and couldn't provide much guidance. She managed to talk to the host and told us we could only check-in later and, as the housekeeping was not coming, we should cancel our stay. Eventually a co-host replied to us to guide the cancelling process and apologize for the situation, as we were not satisfied and decided to find another place.
