The location was great — walkable to the beach and to Mr. G’s restaurant. Check-in was super easy, and the house looked just like the pictures. Both the front and back patios were a very nice addition, and the neighbor was super friendly. The house itself had a homey feel, and there were a fair amount of utensils and essentials provided, including towels, bath tissue, boogie boards, and chairs. We did need to pick up a few extra items during our stay, but overall it was well-stocked.

That said, the property could use some upgrades. The flooring is starting to come up, the fans were quite dusty, and the fridge and showers could have been cleaned a bit better. We also experienced occasional issues with the Wi-Fi and TV connection.

Overall, I feel like I got what I paid for, and the experience worked well for my week-long trip. Wendy was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed her, which I truly appreciated. I’d be happy to book with her again — already planning my next trip!
