2025. szeptemberThe place was large and comfortable, though there were several broken/not working things, including a/c, WiFi, the toilet seat, etc… Samuele was an easy and helpful host, and it was worth having a last-minute place to stay.

2025. júniusLa Descripción dice 3 habitaciones y no es así, soy tiene 2 habitaciones. Fuimos 6 huéspedes y es incómodo para tantas personas, tiene solo 1 baño (aseo), y lo que peor pasamos fue el calor, en el apartamento se con entraba el calor y no tiene aire acondicionado.

2025. májusNot much decoration. Beds were very comfortable. No trash cans anywhere. I wish they had mentioned the city tax in the ad. A little higher priced than we have paid for other places.

2025. áprilisEl apartamento está bien situado, a 10-15 minutos del centro a pie. No hubo problemas con la comunicación y la llegada. Sin embargo, no es un apartamento de 3 habitaciones como dice el título del anuncio, ni tiene 3 camas. Es un apartamento de una habitación con 2 camas dobles. No había ropa de cama extra para el sofá cama. Somos 3 personas y contábamos con 3 camas independientes, por lo que no se ajustó a nuestras necesidades.

2025. márciusBooked a stay by accident on 3/24 for 3/24 through 4/4 for $1531.90 needed 4/24-4/4. 4 hrs after booking, I asked if any places were available for our actual dates. Soon after talking, unbeknownst to me, he checked me in. I did not agree or consent. Once checked in, I couldn’t change my dates. I asked to cancel. My request was ignored. After asking repeatedly & waiting for hours, I had no options. I cancelled myself & requested a partial refund from the Host. They refused citing lost bookings. False. I booked at 9:40am & canceled at 6:16am - 21 hrs later. They lost nothing, they charged me (I was fine with paying for 1 night) then rebooked the place after I canceled. They got $964 from me for doing nothing. They rebooked the place and got paid again. I have disputed the charge with Airbnb. Saudara Properties continues to ignore the requests 3 weeks later. Very shady. Don’t give your hard earned money to Samuele, Secic, & Alberto of Saudara Properties. They will take advantage of you.
