The surroundings are beautiful! If you continue driving down the road you get to the starting point of a really nice hike in the national park. You have a nice view, on the one side you see the hill with sheep and on the other side you see the lake and surrounding hills. The house of the host is next to the caravans area. You can see the house behind the trees and also a tipi tent which they also rent out I think. The shower was nice and hot, we shared that with one other person staying in the tent.
The caravan isn’t the newest model and some cabinets are broken. Everything looks used a lot and had a bit of a moldy smell to it. There was some left over canned food which could be nice if you are hiking or biking to the caravan.
The bed was really a plus! Really comfortable, clean and big for a caravan!
For us the place was too expensive for the state of the caravan.

Séjour dans un cadre exceptionnel , la vue est magnifique à 360° ! Venus en vélos, l'accès est facile à trouver et l'expérience originale ! La connexion à la nature est totale, nous avons pu observer la faune locale depuis la caravane, dans notre cas : 2 renards.
La caravane est dans son jus : un peu veillotte, il n'y a pas de clef pour la fermer, certaines portes de placards manquent/sont cassées, et la ventilation se trouve au dessus du lit ce qui génère des courants d'air et par fortes pluies, des gouttes sur le visage.
Le lit est très bon avec une super vue au réveil sur le Croagh Patrick !
Dans notre cas l'équipement certes complet, était sale, nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner le frigo et ayant pour consigne d'utiliser la douche en cuivre à l'intérieur du cabanon, nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude. Nous aurions aimé le savoir avant de réserver.

What a relaxing weekend we had in the caravan ! It was so cozy, warm enough and the surrounding are so calming and beautiful.
You have absolutely everything you need, from the utensils to cook, fridge, towels to the lovely outdoors shower.
