It was a nice and pleasant stay, without any disturbance.

Initially we have asked to go on 31st floor as per booking.
Their guest extended their stay and the cleaner was telling me the reason of AC not working.
Then we have been sent on 18th floor. The guest didn't checked out at 11.30 AM.
I have specifically mentioned that I would be reaching at 10AM and the host was okay in this.
Still, I somehow managed to get in by 11.40.
The whole room was cleaned in front of me.
The bedsheet was not available, and the available one was shorter than the mattress.
Pillow cover was of different set.
Whole mopping washroom cleaning was done in front of me.
Before all this, They pushed me for booking and when I did, they took 25 minute to generate my gate pass.
It was a miserable experience, lobby from the lift to the property was full of garbage bags outside every room.
The housekeeping is so poor in Golden Palm Society, to which no one is bothered.

Finding the parking area was quite difficult and confusing. The lift is located right next to a garbage area, which gives off a strong, unpleasant smell. With only one lift serving a 31-floor building, the wait times are long and frustrating. While the apartment itself matches the pictures, the surrounding neighborhood is not very welcoming, and it doesn’t feel particularly comfortable.
