This is my first time making our villa available through AirBnB and am sorely disappointed by the experience.
Laura Favry and her party left our villa in a terrible state - it was dirty, no apparent cleaning, and they made no effort to clean out unused food stuffs from the fridge etc. They used every towel available - including beach towels - even though they were only there for 5 nights. And one towel was so dirty it is not reusable. I have incurred additional cost in cleaning over and above what might reasonably be expected.
I would not allow her or her party back to our villa again
