I think this is under an hour away. Be sure to look up the best season for visiting and get exact directions. It is a nice hike (so I've heard).

This is an out of the way, but easy, 2 mile round-trip hike. The falls are well worth taking the trouble to get to! There are additional falls a little further up the trail that are also beautiful though very different. These falls are a little more than an hour north-west of McMinnville. Around half of that time is due to eventually having to drive very slowly on a scenic dirt road to get there. We made it in our Saturn--a jeep is not necessarily required--unless its muddy (during the rainy season).
