This is THE BEST! You can visit a distillery, meadery, and cidery, and eat and shop or take a tour. Start your visit at the Fair Game tasting room. Lots of beers on tap and drinks with locally made liquor. Their store carries offerings from all of the places, so if you don’t want to visit them all you don’t have to. They also carry tons of locally made snacks and gifts - and with signs telling you how many miles away each was made! They will ship gifts in decorative crates or baskets, pre-made or you can custom design. My favorite is the Bloody Local - a crate of Bloody Mary fixings, yum! If you want to eat indoors or at an outdoor picnic table, just choose your snacks and ask them for a knife and board. Make your own delicious charcuterie and enjoy on site! For more hearty fare, across the way is a great vegan restaurant - every time I eat there I say, man I could become vegan if someone cooked like this for me every day! Also visit Hempsmith, locally made hemp clothing and gifts, the CBD store, rent an electric bicycle, and more! A great, eclectic, fun place. Even a play area for kids.
