I came for the mezcal and got a lesson in history/geography/agriculture while I was there. Mario is a such a pro! He's super engaging and so knowledgeable. There was chocolate, too 😌 Truly a unique experience. A++ all around.

Our host, Mario, provided a comprehensive overview of what types of agaves are used in mescal production, where they are grown and how they are processed. Most importantly, he taught us how to taste mescal to fully appreciate the look, smells and tastes of this most amazing liquor. This experience is highly recommended!
