Claudio was an incredible guide! He welcomed us into his family’s Parmigiano Reggiano factory just outside Bologna and walked us through every step of the cheese-making process. His knowledge and passion for his craft really showed. He also shared incredible insight on the balsamic vinegar making processes, and the tasting was absolutely delicious. We learned so much! Claudio was friendly, kind, and made the entire experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this tour!

This was an absolutely spectacular tour. Completely unlikely the majority of food tours, which tend to be mass produced/corporate feeling, this was an extremely personal and memorable experience. Claudio was a phenomenal host, pacing was perfect, and I learned so much about the connections of food to regional culture. Delicious cheeses and vinegars, learned about production processes from start to finish. Well worth the price. I would do this again and will recommend widely.
