Olivia didn't have any complains during her stay, her message was that everything was great , we didn't even hear from her until 2 days past check out when she listed numerous issues that could've be fixed during their stay ( such as confusion with remote controls, they couldn't find a vacuum ...) if they just asked those we would've help instantly but no they didn't and they did asked for a refund/discount. They also left property in complete mess , i am not sure why but it required using ozone machine to neutralize the smell, hot tub was low on water with random things stuffed in the jets.... not recommended

Delightful couple with great personalities, wonderful dog, and took terrific care of our house! They make hosting a pleasure.
